Document Verification with Qualification Check

WES Advisor | February 21, 2024

Once you have applied for a WES credential evaluation, the next step is crucial: document submission and verification. For some applicants, this step can be time-consuming. But what if there was a way to free up your time and still complete this step?

There is, with Qualification Check (QC), our specialist verification partner. QC will work directly with your educational institution to verify your required documents. Upon completion of this verification process, QC will share the verified documents and the verification results directly with WES in a secure digital format.

WES applicants can take advantage of this optional service as soon as they submit their application for credential evaluation. Keep reading to learn more about QC and how to make your credential evaluation process as smooth as possible.

What is QC?

Since 2010, QC has provided services for individuals, employers, recruiters, background screeners, and leading universities to verify qualifications and awards. With a directory of more than 50,000 source institutions in 195 countries, QC can quickly verify your academic or professional qualifications.

QC verifies your qualification or award with the original issuing body, based upon the supply of the following information: the applicant’s full name, date of birth, dates of attendance, institution, course title or award, qualification type, and classification or grade.
