Our programs focus in on closing gaps in immigrant, refugee, and newcomer services and on establishing clear pathways for individuals to obtain good jobs or resume their careers.
Our teams work closely with immigrants and immigrant and refugee youth, employers, municipalities, settlement agencies, and others to help employers close hiring gaps, and to match individuals with jobs that make use of their skills and training.

Employer Solutions
Canada faces labour market gaps. Too many employers can’t find the talent they need. Immigrants, international students, and refugees are part of the solution.
Our employer solutions team focuses on engaging employers in co-creating inclusive workplaces that are vibrant and productive. We work through both local and national networks, collaborating closely with employers, municipal and regional governments, and immigrant- and newcomer-serving organizations to design and socialize practical solutions that connect employers and the talent they need.

Partnership is at the heart of all our work. Across Canada, we engage with community organizations, academic institutions, workforce development organizations, and other groups to put research and best practices into action and promote equity and inclusion for immigrants and refugees.
